Job summary

Sunrun, the leading residential solar and storage company, seeks an Electrification Manager to supervise multiple solar installation crews and field inspectors. You will drive safety, quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer experience while organizing, motivating, and training field teams daily.

You will maintain knowledge of electrical codes, forecast installation demand, and report branch performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (renewables a plus).
• Must maintain a clear driving record and have a valid driver’s license (21+).
• Electrical Journeyman/General Construction license/certification preferred. Depending on state requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certifications current.
• Safety-driven culture and high-performing team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against installation/inspection volume forecasts and KPIs such as safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
• Ensure safety training and equipment are provided for all branch staff.
• Apply Best Practices across branch operations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of electrical/construction codes as the branch SME.
• Forecast installation schedules and report branch performance; adjust capacity as needed.
• Lead training for field staff on safety, quality, and customer service.
