Apprenticeship Program

Our NCCER-certified apprenticeship lasts four years, combining field experience with weekly classroom instruction. Graduates earn NCCER certification, enabling rapid career advancement in the electrical field.

Job Responsibilities and Skills

• Use and care of hand tools and company tools
• Identify fasteners for specific uses
• Follow directions and think proactively
• Self-organization
• Install fixtures and devices with proper termination
• Bend and install conduit up to 1"
• Follow layouts and install branch circuitry
• Attention to detail
• Plan, bend, and install EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit
• Operate ratcheting EMT benders on conduit up to 2"
• Install feeder conduits and gear as directed

Minimum Experience and Physical Requirements

0-4 years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical work. Candidates must lift 50+ pounds, work from ladders/scaffolds, perform overhead work, and handle physically demanding tasks in various climate conditions. Good balance, coordination, and stamina are essential.
