Located on 51st & Lincoln, Global Power Components is seeking Skilled or Entry Level Electricians & Electrical Assemblers.

Shift Options: 1st & 2nd shifts available with flexible hours and overtime (not required).

Compensation: Hourly wage ranges from $17 to $25, based on experience.

Responsibilities

1. Pre-assemble electrical kits from inventoried components & GPC fabricated components.
2. Perform light fabrication work such as drilling, forming, wire stripping, and crimping.
3. Handle materials efficiently.
4. Collaborate with electrical engineering, production supervisors, and team leads.
5. Support installation of various electrical equipment.

Requirements

1. Attention to detail and ability to learn to read blueprints and bills of materials.
2. Aptitude to learn GPC manufacturing processes.
3. Ability to read measuring devices such as tape measures.
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Motivated with a desire to learn and advance.
6. Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
7. Must pass a competency test and pre-employment physical including drug screening.
8. Physically fit to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
