We are Systems, LLC, a leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment. We continue to grow and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.

This role is within Systems' Manufacturing and Production group. A successful candidate is expected to:

  1. Perform basic electrical wiring assemblies including electrical components.
  2. Perform simple fitting and/or mechanical assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units using a variety of hand tools, power tools, or equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic electrical wiring assemblies including electrical components.
  • Perform simple fitting and/or mechanical assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units using a variety of hand tools, power tools, or equipment.
  • Perform basic inspection to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify product defects and report issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Keep accurate production records/logs.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group's and Systems' reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, reading publications, networking, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results and participating in projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • No minimum education required.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical concepts.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit.
  • Ability to use hands to handle and feel objects.
  • Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and crawl.
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms.
  • Good vision, speech, and hearing.

The pay for this position ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on factors such as location, education, training, and experience. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) contributions are offered (subject to eligibility).

This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan, subject to plan terms and policies.
