Job summary

TRP Infrastructures is seeking an Electrician Technician to join our team responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes adherence to electrical codes and safety standards while supporting project timelines.

Candidates should have proven electrician experience, the ability to read drawings, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Travel to job sites and work in varying weather conditions are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an electrician in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring and safety protocols.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals.
• Valid electrician certification or license preferred.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work in various weather conditions.
• Physical capability to handle electrical equipment and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with other technicians and project managers to complete projects on time.
• Operate electrical testing devices to identify malfunctions and implement repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
