Qualifications

• 3 years experience with Security Alarm systems, CCTV, and Card Access systems.
• Understanding of equipment diagnosis, repair, and replacement.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities

• Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose effectively.
• Clearly articulate labor task in CMMS.
• Will be on rotating Maintenance On-Call.
• Manage inventory levels.
• Order supplies and manage vendors.

Skills

• Understands low voltage electrical troubleshooting.
• Able to install new hardware.
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately both written and verbal.
• Able to work alone and own projects from start to finish.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must be organized and be able to multitask.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• 3 years experience servicing Security Alarm systems (Fire and Burglar systems), CCTV, and Card Access systems.
• Understanding how to diagnose, fix and replace equipment.
• Valid Drivers License.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
