Job summary

Steel Dynamics, Inc. in Huntington, WV is seeking Industrial Electricians to install, troubleshoot and maintain mill electrical, electronic and automation systems. The position offers a pay range of $70,000–$175,000 per year, a weekly production incentive bonus and semiannual profit sharing.

Health insurance premiums are $90/month for single and $200/month for family. Industrial experience, wiring diagrams, PLCs, and AC/DC drive work are required.

• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and analyze electrical problems.
• Thorough knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting; AC & DC drive installation, programming and troubleshooting is a must.
• Strong leadership qualities.

• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Install, adjust, modify and repair mill electrical, electronic, automation and drive equipment as required by Supervisors/Managers.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems including instrumentation and AC/DC motor controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Every 350 hours you successfully complete during your probationary period (Total of 1,050 hours) you will receive $1.00/hr. increase.

Pay Range $70,000 - $175,000 per year

We also offer a weekly Production Incentive Bonus and a Profit Sharing Bonus twice a year (April and October) - cash payment. Our health insurance plan premiums $90.00/month - SINGLE and $200.00/month - FAMILY!!!

• Ability to install, adjust, modify and repair all mill electrical, electronic, automation and drive equipment as required by Supervisors/Managers
• Demonstrate successful electrical troubleshooting experience, including instrumentation and AC/DC motor controls
• Other duties as required
