Job summary

Success Education Colleges (SEC) is seeking a substitute instructor to plan, teach, and supervise student learning experiences in classrooms, labs, and clinical areas, following the curriculum approved by the Accreditation Bureau. This in-person faculty position reports to the Campus Director. AM schedule 8 a.m.–1 p.m.

and PM schedule 6 p.m.–11 p.m. with base hours of 20 per week; Fridays may be requested. Requires 3 years’ field experience, valid electrician certification or electrical license,

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in the field.
• Valid electrician certification or electrical license.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Teaches and implements the total curriculum, as assigned by, and under the direction and supervision of your direct supervisor.
• Plans and assigns student activities in the classroom and/or clinical settings.
• Maintains records of student progress and performance, attendance and grades.
• Prepares, administers, and grades, written and practical examinations during course of study.
• Devises written lesson plans and implements them through lecture, demonstration, discussion, etc.
• Provides a professional role model for students.
