Job summary

Dubak Electrical Group, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Electrician’s Helper to join our team in an industrial setting. You will assist electricians with installation, run basic tasks, and keep a clean, safe jobsite.

Responsibilities include tool handling, drilling and mounting, and supporting the crew to complete projects on schedule. Candidate should be ready to learn, capable of lifting 50–100 lbs, and comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

  • No experience required, but candidate should be passionate about growing a career in the electrical trade.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Assist electricians with installation of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
  • Carry tools and materials and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform basic tasks such as drilling, cutting, and mounting equipment.
  • Support the team on various tasks to complete projects on time.
  • Assist with handling and distribution of tools and materials to electricians.
  • Daily jobsite cleanup and housekeeping.

Dubak Electrical Group, LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Electrician’s Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about growing their career in the electrical field while working well with a team in an industrial environment.

The primary job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist electricians in the installation of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
  • Carry tools and materials and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform basic tasks such as drilling, cutting, and mounting equipment.
  • Support the team in various tasks as needed to complete projects on time
  • Handling and distribution of tools and materials to the electricians as needed.
  • Jobsite cleanup and housekeeping on a daily basis.

Job Requirements/Skills:

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Be punctual and dependable to work scheduled shifts
  • Basic knowledge of tools and tool handling
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  • Have a high regard and ownership for personal safety and the safety of others.
  • Perform tasks wearing required PPE such as protective clothing, safety glasses/goggles, steel-toed boots, etc.
  • Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy objects, loads of 50-100 lbs. frequently
  • Be able to work in all elements (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.) depending on job location and/or time of year.
  • Effective communication skills to be able to work well with others
  • Must be respectful with your words and actions towards co-workers, clients, and vendors
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed
  • Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
