Job summary

Dubak Electrical Group, LLC in Indiana is seeking an Electrician's Helper to support journeyman electricians in an industrial setting. You will assist with installation, wiring and equipment, carry tools, and keep a clean, safe work area while following protocols.

No experience is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and willingness to learn are preferred. You should be physically capable of lifting 50–100 lbs and available for overtime and weekends as

• Ability to work in all elements (heat, cold, rain, snow).
• Wear PPE (protective clothing, safety glasses/goggles, steel-toed boots).
• Strong attention to safety.

Responsibilities

Dubak Electrical Group, LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Electrician’s Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about growing their career in the electrical field while working well with a team in an industrial environment.

The primary job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assist electricians in the installation of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
• Carry tools and materials and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Effective communication skills to be able to work well with others
• Must be respectful with your words and actions towards co-workers, clients, and vendors
• Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed
• Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle
• Must play at least 18 years old.
