ManpowerGroup is seeking an Electrician in Lebanon, IN to support maintenance and electrical systems within our client’s engineering team. The role emphasizes safety, proactive maintenance, and reliable problem solving.

Candidates should have a Master Electrician license, 3–4 years of experience, and a strong customer service mindset. We offer a path to extension or full-time conversion, a collaborative environment, and a stable workflow within a reputable staffing organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Master Electrician license as required by local electrical codes.
• Valid Driver's license and ability to meet physical requirements including lifting heavy loads.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze technical solutions effectively.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities.
• Oversee electrical and lighting systems’ operation, repair, and installation of new equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace components such as valves, motors, controls, switches, wiring, fans, pumps, and pipes.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated safely, adhering to safety standards.
• Review maintenance records to develop proactive inspection and preventive maintenance schedules.
