Job summary

Coolray Nashville is seeking a service-focused Electrician to join our team. This role requires residential electrical wiring experience, blueprints literacy, and the ability to troubleshoot and perform NEC-compliant repairs.

You will educate customers on upgrades, maintain a clean work area, and document work with photos while providing safe, reliable service. We offer compensation packages ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, along with PTO, health/vision/dental, 401K with company match,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years residential electrical wiring experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, install wiring, terminate devices and test quality.
• Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds and work on ladders/roofs in heat/cold.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems accurately.
• Perform repairs to National Electrical Code standards.
• Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean working area.
• Educate customers on upgrades and complete them as scheduled.
• Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects.
• Document work with before and after photos.
• Demonstrate safe working practices and effective communication.

Do I have What it Takes?

• Minimum of 2 years residential electrical wiring, repair and troubleshooting all aspects of the Electrical System
• Ability to read blueprints, run conduits, wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing, and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new and existing setting
• Detail oriented with good time management skills
• Can lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
• Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights
• Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes
