Our client is seeking technicians experienced with low voltage electrical wiring. Responsibilities include assembling machines and installing them at customer sites. The PVC Pipe Fitter/Assembler is a skilled craftsman working at designated stations, responsible for tasks assigned by supervisors or leads to maintain an efficient production line. This role involves preparing assemblies for installation, ranging from large tanks and pumps to small piping assemblies. The PVC Pipe Fitter aims to meet production schedules within budget and quality standards.

Requirements:

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in fitting machines using developed and general fitting techniques.
• Experience with quality piping, including threaded and glued materials.
• Knowledge of AC & DC Voltage differences.
• Experience with DC Voltage control panels.
• Understanding of gauges and ferrule connections.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings provided by Engineering.
• Proficient in using tools and equipment related to pipe fitting and assembly, including tape measures, drills, saws, grinders, and hand tools. Skilled in thread wrapping, glue joint preparation, and ensuring proper seals.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screening.
