Arlinghaus Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a licensed Electrician (Kentucky Journeyman or Masters) to join a growing team. You will diagnose and repair electrical systems, guide customers to informed buying decisions, and uphold top-tier service standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Kentucky journeyman license, possess NEC knowledge, own tools, and have customer-service experience in homes. A strong safety mindset and clean driving record are essential for daily field work.

Formación

• Kentucky Journeyman's License or Masters License required.
• Strong NEC knowledge and code familiarity.
• Own hand tools and basic power tools.
• Experience with 480V or less live electrical work.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with ladder work (extension & A-frame).
• Experience delivering customer service in homes.
• Ability to present pricing to customers.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and product lines.
• Service Titan mobile experience is a plus.
• Well-organized with reliable follow-through.

The Role

We are looking for an exceptional licensed Electrician to help us achieve profitable revenue. As an Electrician, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team. You will learn to diagnose and repair electrical systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. Because we offer top-of-the-line products and services, we need top-of-the-line electricians who genuinely care about the customer and look at this opportunity as not just a job but a career.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with dispatch team, your manager, parts and installation teams.
• Maintain team truck cleanliness, inside and out.
• Keep your truck inventory up-to-date.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

Competencies for Success

• Kentucky Journeyman's License holder
• Great working knowledge of the NEC.
• Own their own hand tools and basic power tools (Impact driver, Drill, Sawzall and multi-tool).
• Experience working on or near live parts 480v or less.
• Ability to troubleshoot circuits.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to work off of extension ladders and "A" frame ladders
• Experience with customer service in homes.
• Ability to perform an electrical service change (Not required to cut utility feed)
• Capable of filling out work forms.
• Experience with presenting pricing to customers.
• Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Service Titan mobile experience is a big plus.
