Lakeside Book Company in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems to keep manufacturing operations running smoothly and safely.

The position requires at least 2 years of industrial electrical experience, PLC programming skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team on a rotating 12-hour schedule. We offer paid training, benefits, and career growth opportunities.

Competenze

• 2+ years of industrial electrical experience in manufacturing or an electrical trade school degree.
• Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens) and attention to detail.
• Experience with handheld tablets or scanners.
• Valid electrical certification (as required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems (motors, generators, transformers, and controls).
• Troubleshoot electrical issues to keep operations efficient.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

Electrician – Power Up Your Career!

We’re looking for a skilled Electrician to join our team! If you enjoy solving electrical challenges, keeping operations running smoothly, and working in a dynamic environment, this is the role for you.

Starting Pay: $26.00-$35.00 Depending on qualificationsWork Schedule: 12-hour shifts | Rotating Shift (6am-6pm for 2 weeks and 6pm-6am for two weeks)Location: 2347 Kratzer Rd; Harrisonburg, VA 22802 and 1025 Willow Springs Rd; Harrisonburg, VA 22801
