Job summary

Faith Technologies, Pittsboro, IN, is seeking an Excellerate Electrician I responsible for electrical assemblies and installations, troubleshooting and maintenance within the Excellerate facility. You will layout conduit systems, lighting, basic control systems, and feeders while reading blueprints to ensure work meets specifications.

Collaboration with a team, strict adherence to OSHA safety rules, and mentoring General Assemblers/Apprentices are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent (8,000 hours).
• Travel: 10-25%.
• Work schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays with shifts 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.

Responsibilities

• Layout conduit systems, lighting, basic control systems, and feeders.
• Analyze blueprints to ensure projects meet specifications.
• Maintain work area and tools; follow safety procedures.
• Provide technical assistance and mentorship to General Assemblers/Apprentices.
• Install motor feeders and make standard motor connections.
• Work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
