You’ll layout conduit and lighting, read blueprints, support lean manufacturing, train apprentices, and work a rotating shift with 10–25% travel. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on learning in a collaborative, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with apprenticeship or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Layout conduit systems, lighting, basic control systems, and feeders.
• Install motor feeders and make motor connections.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems in accordance with NEC.
• Analyze blueprints and ensure work meets specifications and timelines.
• Maintain clean work area and enforce safety procedures.
• Mentor General Assemblers/Apprentices and support lean manufacturing.
