Job summary

Faith Technologies, Pittsboro, IN, seeks an Excellerate Electrician I to perform electrical assemblies, installations, troubleshooting and maintenance within our Excellerate facility. The role requires an 8,000‑hour apprenticeship or equivalent and 10–25% travel.

Shifts may include nights, weekends and holidays based on customer demands. Responsibilities include layout of conduit and lighting systems, reading blueprints, and ensuring work meets specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent (8,000 hours).
• Travel: 10-25% travel requirement.
• Work schedule can include nights, weekends and holidays depending on shift.

Responsibilities

• Layout conduit systems, lighting, basic control systems, and feeders.
• Analyze blueprints for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure projects meet specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain workstation, tools and manufacturing area.
• Mentor General Assemblers/Apprentices and provide technical guidance.
• Install motor feeders and motor connections.
• Work as part of a cohesive team with minimal supervision.
• Comply with OSHA, Faith Technologies, and customer safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
