Job summary
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Electrician Helper / Construction Laborer to join our Baldwin County job sites. This full-time role pays $18–$20 per hour and offers hands-on training in electrical and construction tasks.
You will assist electricians, use hand and power tools, and help with site setup, cleanup, and material handling while following safety procedures and company standards. Reliable transportation is required.
Qualifications
- Electrical experience is a major plus.
- Electricians are ideal candidates (pay would be more for an electrician), but experienced laborers are encouraged to apply.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of construction, maintenance, or electrical work.
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
