Job summary

Allegiance Industries seeks an Electrical Helper to support electrical installation on various sites in Greer, SC. The role requires you to work outdoors and indoors, in restricted and elevated areas, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You will assist with conduit and box installations, maintain tools and equipment, and perform related duties as needed in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• A positive attitude with the eagerness to go above and beyond.
• Reliability and excellent attendance.
• A willingness to learn and apply knowledge.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Successful completion of a background and drug screening.
• Ability to detect safety hazards within the building and communicate with appropriate staff and follow all mandated safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe working procedures in a construction environment.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of conduit installation.
• Perform the proper installation procedures for boxes and fittings in a standard wall, i.e., masonry, concrete, sheetrock, etc.
• Maintain equipment, tools and work area in a clean, orderly and safe condition.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job DetailsJob Location: 080000 - Greer, SC 29605Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 HourlyJob Shift: 1st Travel: Must be able to commute to new job sites as business operations require.

Environment: Depending on the site, it will include working on the exterior and interior of buildings. The Helper must be able to work in all conditions daily. Also, some work will be in restricted areas, often in cramped places or performed at heights from ladders, scaffolds, etc.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate safe working procedures in a construction environment


• Demonstrate a working knowledge of conduit installation
