Electrical Works is seeking an Electrical Laborer to join our team at multiple sites. You will assist with installations, maintenance, and underground construction tasks, adhering to safety standards and project timelines. A valid driver’s license is required, and there is potential for overtime and weekend work.

The role emphasizes physical stamina and reliability, with opportunities for training and career growth within a seasoned, safety-conscious crew dedicated to quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work extended hours, including overtime and weekends.
• Ability to travel weekly as required by project demands.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with or without assistance.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, climb, and balance for extended periods.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including trenching, digging, shoveling, and hand excavation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical installations and maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
• Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures.
• Install various types of raceways and cable tray systems.
• Work in all phases of underground construction (loading, driving, digging, trenching, conduit installation, wire pulling).
• Adhere to all safety codes.
• Perform daily inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Hand dig using a shovel and/or mechanical tools.
