Job summary

VW International (VWI) seeks an Electrician to maintain and repair electrical systems on a 245,810 SF medical campus and remote facilities at Ft. Eustis OMEE.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot power distribution, and ensure reliable operation of switchgear, ATS, and emergency generators. The role requires a valid State electrical license and eligibility as a Qualified Person under EM 385-1-1, plus healthcare power system experience.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

The Electrician performs preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, operation, troubleshooting, replacement across a 245,810 SF medical campus including remote facilities.

• Maintenance of switchgear, ATS, and emergency generators.
• Fire alarm system support (NICET II preferred).
• Emergency lighting systems.
• Infrared thermography coordination.
