Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. seeks an Electrician Foreman to lead the shop floor electrical team, coordinate installations, read schematics, and enforce safety standards.

Reporting to operations leadership, you will drive production efficiency and support prefabrication efforts for field construction. The role requires a licensed electrician with at least five years of hands-on electrical experience and supervisory background in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Licensed electrician with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of NEC and industrial electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the electrical team in the manufacturing shop.
• Coordinate electrical installations including wiring control panels, motors, and sensors.
• Interpret and apply electrical blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain compliance with NEC, company standards, and safety procedures.
• Perform troubleshooting and functional testing of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure material availability and workflow alignment.
• Support cross-training initiatives and team development.
