Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Electrician Foreman Technician with at least 10 years of experience in the electrical field, specifically in commercial construction environments. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with proven leadership abilities, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to workplace safety. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee and guide crews on various job sites while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians and apprentices on-site

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements

• Ensure all electrical installations comply with local, state, and codes

• Schedule and manage workflow to meet deadlines

• Perform inspections and quality control of electrical systems and installations

• Communicate project status, issues, and needs with project managers and contractors

• Train and mentor team members

• Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of electrical experience, primarily in commercial construction

• At least 3 years in a leadership or foreman role

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction best practices

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required

• OSHA 30 certification – required

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Excellent communication and team management skills

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Qualifications:

• Journeyman or Master Electrician License

• Experience with managing multiple job sites or large crews
