Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Electrician Foreman Technician with at least 10 years of experience in the electrical field, specifically in commercial construction environments. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English / Spanish) professional with proven leadership abilities , a strong work ethic, and a commitment to workplace safety. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee and guide crews on various job sites while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians and apprentices on-site

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements

Ensure all electrical installations comply with local, state, and national codes

Schedule and manage workflow to meet deadlines

Perform inspections and quality control of electrical systems and installations

Communicate project status, issues, and needs with project managers and contractors

Train and mentor team members

Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

Requirements :

Minimum 10 years of electrical experience, primarily in commercial construction

At least 3 years in a leadership or foreman role

Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction best practices

OSHA 30 certification – required

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Excellent communication and team management skills

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications :

Journeyman or Master Electrician License

Experience with managing multiple job sites or large crews
