MetroPower is seeking Electricians in the United States to install and repair electrical systems across industrial, commercial, healthcare, and federal sites. This full-time, employee-owned company offers a stable, growth-focused environment with competitive benefits.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, a safety-first mindset, and a willingness to travel to multiple construction sites. A high school diploma or GED and an electrical apprenticeship are preferred.

Qualifications

• This position requires an electrical technician capable of performing all types of electrical installation work and strong problem-solving skills.
• 3 years of electrical installation experience preferred.
• Must have a desire to work in a team-based environment and contribute immediately.
• Positive safety attitude and personal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Electricians install and repair electrical systems in construction applications and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Adhere to the National Electrical Code and be able to read and interpret manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and equipment specifications as well as properly using and maintaining hand and power tools along with electrical and electronic test equipment.
• Strong communication skills are required along with the ability to use basic electronic technology for entering time and safety reports.
• Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support goal of achieving zero accidents.
• Obtain safety training as expected by all company personnel.
