Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years professional electrical experience in commercial, residential and property management environments.
• Familiar with low voltage systems and NEC regulations.
• Experience reading prints or schematics and performing electrical troubleshooting.
• Proficient with hand tools and testing devices (voltmeter/ohmmeter).
• Residential and/or commercial service electrician experience preferred for this role.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years professional electrical experience in the commercial, residential and property management environments


• Professional license Preferred (we will assist you in acquiring)


• Background and drug screen required


• Positive attitude

• Electrical experience, including working with schematics


• Proficiency in using hand tools, voltmeter, and ohmmeter


• Familiarity with low voltage systems and NEC regulations


• Previous experience in residential service and/or commercial service electrician roles
