Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years professional electrical experience in commercial, residential and property management environments.
• Professional license preferred (we will assist you in acquiring)
• Background and drug screen required
• Proficiency with hand tools, voltmeter, and ohmmeter
• Familiarity with NEC regulations and low voltage systems
• Previous experience in residential and/or commercial service electrician roles
• Ability to read prints or schematics
• Basic code compliant wiring and lighting circuits
• Site & LED lighting knowledge
• Cooperative interaction with fellow employees
• Take pride in neat personal appearance and vehicle
• Demonstrated leadership by action and safety
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
