Job summary

Riot Platforms, Inc. is seeking a skilled Electrician to support our growth and maintain high electrical efficiency and safety in our bitcoin mining operations.

This onsite role is based at our Corsicana, TX facility and follows a 12-hour rotating schedule of 4 days on, 4 days off. You will install and maintain electrical systems, inspect components, read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with contractors and engineers to complete projects while adhering to OSHA standards and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possession of a valid electrician's license, in accordance with local and state regulations.
• Completion of a recognized electrician apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
• Inspect electrical components, identify issues, and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the layout of electrical wiring, circuits, and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems, ensuring the timely and accurate resolution of issues to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Identify and mitigate electrical hazards, following industry best practices and regulations.
• Perform upgrades and modifications to existing electrical systems to meet changing needs or improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, including contractors and engineers, to plan and complete projects.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to understand their electrical needs and provide solutions.
• Educate team members on the proper use and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of repairs, installations, and inspections.
