Job summary

Riot Platforms is seeking a Data Center Lead Technician to install and maintain Bitcoin miners in a high-energy data center environment. The role requires supervising a team, ensuring safety, and coordinating administrative tasks while performing installations and cabling.

Candidates should have experience installing computer equipment, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to work at heights and in a noisy, hot data center is essential.

Qualifications

Prior experience installing computer equipment.
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work at heights on lifts and ladders.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
Good communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and monitor team members.
Monitor employee compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Assist the Assistant Supervisor with administrative duties and timesheet review.
Install computer equipment from start to finish, including crypto miners and cabling.
Use hand tools to cut foam and install on racking.
Operate a scissor lift up to 20 feet for installing and maintaining miners.
Maintain crypto miners and keep the work area clean.
Other duties may be assigned.
