Job summary

JLL in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking an Electrician to join our facilities team, performing electrical maintenance and repairs across our commercial campus. You will ensure systems operate safely, reliably, and in compliance with NEC and OSHA standards, and you may occasionally work weekends or nights.

You'll read blueprints and schematics, run conduit, install new feeds, troubleshoot up to 480V, and document work orders in our CMMS while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
• Experience in CMMS-driven maintenance environment.
• Multi-trade maintenance with cross-functional support.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, operate lifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair across the campus.
• Read blueprints and schematics; plan tasks safely and efficiently.
• Operate under the Chief Engineer; ensure NEC/OSHA compliance.
• Replace lamps, ballasts, switches, and wiring components.
• Complete work orders in CMMS with accurate labor/materials.
• Provide cross-trade support including light plumbing and pumps installation.
• Respond to unplanned emergencies as part of the team.
