The position involves assisting with wiring installations, handling conduit, and performing minor repairs such as replacing fuses and switches.

Qualifications

• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.

• Ability to work with coworkers, inspectors, customers, and the public.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights with ladders or lifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Electrician in installing and repairing wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Gather tools and supplies for on-site work.
• Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit; drill for wiring.
• Trace short circuits using test meters and wiring knowledge.
• Assist in lifting and positioning wiring, conduits, motors.
• Perform minor repairs such as replacing fuses, light sockets, switches.
