Are you ready to launch your electrical career but unsure where to start? If you have 0–6 months of experience and are interested in attending an accredited electrical trade school, Tradesmen International has the perfect opportunity for you!

Tradesmen International is hiring Electrical Apprentices in Des Moines for a paid program designed to give you real-world experience while earning your license. You'll work full-time with experienced Electricians on active job sites while attending school and gaining on-the-job training hours that count toward your licensing requirements.

What You’ll Get:

• $17/hour starting pay
• Tuition reimbursement

• Full-time hours with a company supporting your education and career goals
• Completion of OSHA 10 within your first 500 hours of employment and before school registration
• Background checks required; applicants must have no prior felonies
• All on-the-job training hours will be tracked and verified toward the 8,000 hours needed for your Journeyman license
• Completion of 576 classroom hours also required for Journeyman licensing
