Job Requirements:

1. Have strong EXISTING residential service experience.
2. Act like a business owner – keeping profitability top of mind.
3. Journeyman's or Master Electrician License.
4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
5. Strong communication skills - Must like people!
6. Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
7. Clear a background check and drug screen.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Our Electricians' hourly salary ranges from $34.00 to $45.00+, based on experience.
2. Base + bonus for performance.
