Job summary

Venture Home is hiring an OH-based Electrician to join our residential solar team. You will install, test, and maintain electrical systems on customer sites, read and interpret blueprints, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and local codes.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role with overtime pay. A valid driver's license is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work on attics or pitched roofs.

• Required experience as an electrician preferred.
• Experience in residential electrical systems preferred.
• Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (wire strippers, voltmeter) and electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts with paid overtime.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Can work well independently and as part of a team.

As anElectrician in the state of OH, you will be responsible for:

What you'll bring:

• Required experience as an electrician preferred
• Experience in residential electrical systems preferred
• Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter, etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts with paid overtime
• A valid driver's license is required
• Can work well independently and as part of a team

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and work on pitched residential roofs
• Ability to work in attics

Full time work 40+ hours, overtime pay for over 40 hours in 1 week.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role.

$30-$35 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
