Job summary

Domtar in West Carrollton, OH is hiring a full-time Industrial Electrician to maintain and improve production equipment. You will perform preventative and predictive maintenance, install and calibrate control systems, and troubleshoot machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician, strong troubleshooting skills, and preferably a Journeyman Card or PLC experience.

The location in West Carrollton, (Ohio, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Electrician. This job is full-time permanent.

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production related equipment to ensure proper and safe operation of all production systems.
• Install new electrical control systems and maintain existing control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines in an industrial setting, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Design, layout, program and calibrate new equipment and installations.

Compensation: $39.12 to $41.43 Vacation: Up to 4 weeks' vacation depending on experience.

• PLC experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician.
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Journeyman Card Preferred.
