• Install and troubleshoot all electrical equipment, machinery, & devices.
• Perform daily inspection of equipment, water system, and air system.
• Help with daily repair of equipment and machinery.

Skills

Knowledge of high voltage, AC & DC drives & motors

Knowledge of pneumatic & hydraulic operation

Knowledge of PLC

Basic computer skills

Good communication skills

Job description

Install and trouble shoot all electrical equipment, machinery, & devices etc. Maintain electrical and mechanical on all equipment in the facility.

Job Duties:

• Perform daily inspection of equipment online or off, water system, air system, blending tower and all warehouse equipment.
• Perform P.M. checks on lines as specified on checklist.
• Complete work orders as needed.
• Help with daily repair of equipment and machinery etc.
• Use a torch and welder when necessary.
• Asist in other duties as helper to employees as required.
• Perform any duty assigned by the maintenance supervisor deemed necessary to meet demands of production or shipping.
• Perform assigned duties with quality in mind, being alert to any nonconformity and taking action to identify, record, initiate, recommend, or provide solutions.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of high voltage, AC & DC drives & motors.
• Knowledge of pneumatic & hydraulic operation.
• Knowledge of PLC.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform job duties with or without supervision in a safe and orderly fashion. Good communication skills.

Safety:

• Knowledge of lockout/tagout systems
• Use all practical safety precautions when working with electricity, motors, & machinery.
