Job summary

Compass Pointe Consulting, LLC seeks a full-time Electrician for a new facility in Springfield, VA. You will install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, read diagrams, and ensure code compliance to support facility operations.

Required are a Journeyman/Master Electrician license, an active TS clearance with ability to obtain a Full-Scope Poly, and a high school diploma. On-site Mon–Fri with occasional on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Full-Scope Poly.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Experience with service/operation of Switchgear, UPS, and medium voltage.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Lock-out/tag-out, PPE, and arc-flash training per OSHA standards.
• CMMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Maintain and repair wiring, conductors, and electrical components in buildings.

Monday – Friday (anticipate 40 hours per week). Operating hours on-site are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday; Shifts will consist of an 8-hour shift during those hours. On-call support will be required on an occasional basis.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with the service/operation of Switchgear, UPS, and medium voltage;
