Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

• Inspect electrical equipment, wiring, fixtures, and components on a routine basis to ensure proper function and identify hazards or code issues.

• Troubleshoot system and component malfunctions and develop repair or maintenance plans.

• Repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and related equipment, to maintain full functionality.

• Test systems using tools such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and ohmmeters to ensure safety and compatibility.

• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams to support accurate installation and repairs.

• Recommend replacement of equipment or components based on condition, lifespan, and safety risks.

• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and materials used.

• Perform routine maintenance on schedule to prevent larger issues and reduce costs.

• Complete other industrial maintenance duties as assigned.

• Electrician certification required
