ARC Electrical Services in San Jose is seeking a closer to convert qualified residential leads into high-ticket sold jobs. You will not install; you will walk the home, scope the project, prepare the quote, and close the sale as our crews handle the heavy lifting.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of residential service experience, a reliable vehicle, a valid CA license, and can pass a background/drug test.

Formación

• 3–4 years of residential service sales experience.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid CA driver's license; pass background/drug test.
• No hourly pay; uncapped commission on closed sales.

Your knees are shot from crawlspaces, or you are a younger electrician realizing that pulling wire is not the only way to make real money in this trade. You know the code, you know the panels, and most importantly, you know how to talk to homeowners.

ARC Electrical Services is looking for a closer to cover San Jose to Palo Alto. You will not be doing the install. You run the leads we hand you, walk the home, scope the job, quote it, and close it. Panel upgrades, rewires, EV chargers. Our crews handle the heavy lifting.

Who you are:

• A veteran electrician looking to leverage your knowledge without breaking your back. OR...
• A hungry electrician with 3-4 years of residential service experience ready to transition into high-ticket sales.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid CA license, and pass a background/drug test.
