Job Title: ELECTRICIAN (Residential/Commercial)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable “Residential/Commercial Electrician” to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical service upgrades, panel replacements, EV (electric vehicle) charger installations, and the setup of standby generator systems. This role involves working independently or as part of a team on both residential and light commercial projects, ensuring all work meets local and national electrical codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical service upgrades and panel replacements (100A to 400A).
• Install and commission EV charging stations for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and service standby generators, including ATS wiring.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in residential and commercial systems.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers about project timelines, options, and costs.
• Coordinate with inspectors and utility companies as needed for service upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (state-specific) is a plus.
• Minimum 4 + years of experience in residential/commercial electrical work.
• Proven experience with service and panel upgrades.
• Knowledge of and experience installing EV chargers (Tesla, ChargePoint, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with generator systems (certifications are a plus).
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor).
