Job Overview

We’re seeking aLicensed Electricianwith HVAC experience and expertise in all residential electrical work to join our innovative, tight-knit team. The ideal candidate is a Massachusetts-licensed professional who excels at wiring heat pumps, upgrading panels, and delivering exceptional service. Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus to support our streamlined operations. Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems for residential and light commercial projects, including heat pumps, mini-splits, and high-efficiency equipment.
• Wire and integrate HVAC systems (e.g., heat pumps, thermostats, control boards) with existing electrical setups, ensuring compliance with NEC and Massachusetts codes (527 CMR 12.00).
• Perform electrical outlet repairs, GFCI installations, panel upgrades, lighting installations, smoke/CO detector setups, and electric vehicle charging station installations.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and HVAC control issues using tools like multimeters and diagnostic equipment.
• Collaborate with HVAC technicians and plumbers on projects like boiler retrofits or multi-zone system installations.
• Use ServiceTitan for job scheduling, invoicing, and customer communication (training provided if needed).
• Deliver exceptional customer service, explaining technical details clearly and upholding our 5-star reputation.
• Ensure all work meets local codes, manufacturer specifications, and our Lifetime Labor Warranty standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean work site, adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Contribute to our culture of innovation by sharing ideas to improve processes or client experiences.

Qualifications

• Required: Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License (Master Electrician License a plus) in good standing.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential electrical work and HVAC electrical systems (e.g., wiring heat pumps, thermostats).
• Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting, reading schematics, and installing electrical components for HVAC and home systems. Knowledge of NEC and Massachusetts electrical codes.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software preferred; willingness to learn our online booking system required.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills. Team player with a passion for shared success.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, and perform tasks at heights.
• Other: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check.
