Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking an Electrician to join our maintenance team at a Kansas quarry. The role focuses on maintaining, calibrating, troubleshooting, and developing process control instrumentation to improve production efficiency.

You will work closely with engineering to upgrade systems, support capital projects, and ensure safety and reliability. Travel between quarry locations is required, and a 2-year technical degree or journeyman card is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree in Electrical or comparable experience.
• Journeyman electrician card preferred but not required.
• Experience with PLCs is preferred.
• Experience in aggregate or similar industry for at least 1 year.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

The ideal individual will be safety conscious, dependable, and motivated. This individual will be responsible for safely and efficiently maintaining, calibrating, troubleshooting, consulting, researching, and developing electrical process control instrumentation for the purpose of obtaining optimum production efficiency under the supervision of the Site Supervisor. This position requires travel from the quarry to other locations.Martin Marietta is seeking an Electrician to join our growing Maintenance team! The primary function of the Electrician is to maintain, calibrate, perform trouble analysis, consult, research and develop process control instrumentation for the purpose of obtaining optimum efficiency of our mining operations.
