Job summary

Pennswood Village is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Facilities team in Newtown, PA. The role requires installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems across our senior living community.

Qualified candidates have at least 4 years of electrical experience, familiarity with codes, and the ability to read diagrams. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and participation in on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of electrical or related maintenance experience.
• Trade school, technical education, or electrical apprenticeship experience preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and safe work practices.
• Ability to safely use electrical tools and equipment.
• Must provide basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, equipment, and systems.
• Diagnose and correct power failures, short circuits, and other electrical problems.
• Perform electrical repairs on facility equipment, including heating, cooling, and food preparation equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Perform general facilities maintenance and assist with emergency situations as needed.
• Participate in rotating weekend, holiday, off-shift, and emergency on-call coverage.

Pennswood Village, a senior living community located in Newtown, PA - Bucks County - is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Facilities team. This position performs skilled electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair throughout our community.
