Job summary

Pieper Electric is seeking Journeyman Electricians willing to travel across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. This union position requires driving a company truck, basic computer use, and the ability to perform JHA and safety talks. Per Diem provided for travel days, with occasional weekend work.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to work with various teams, and committed to safety and compliance while delivering high-quality electrical and construction services.

Qualifications

• Must be a Journeyman Electrician.
• Willingness to travel statewide in WI and Upper MI.
• Union membership required.
• Must be able to drive a company truck.
• Able to email and upload documents/photos; perform JHA and safety talks.

Responsibilities

• Travel for work across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.
• Install cellular equipment, grounding, and multi‑gang services.
• Work in building construction and site installs.
• Lead safety talks and document JHA/safety procedures.

Job description

Branch 2 Wireless Construction is looking for Journeyman Electricians interested in traveling for work. This is a Union position and you must be willing to join the union.

Work is fast paced and ranges from doing site grounding, installing Cellular equipment, installing multi-gang services, and in building construction. This work requires travel throughout the state of WI and Upper MI. Overnight stays usually range from Monday nights through Thursday nights returning home on Friday evenings. Expenses are paid via daily Per Diem. Occasionally weekend work is required but not the norm. Ideal candidate is self motivated and takes direction well and can work with different teams. Candidate must poses a clean driving record and be able to drive a company truck. Candidate must have basic computer skills and be able to email, upload documents and photos into a shared drive, and do JHA and safety talks on E-compliance. There is great growth opportunities and room for advancement in the position if individual is motivated and looking for advancement.
