About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Electrician 1st Class to join our Maintenance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment, including switchgear, distribution panels, and lighting systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and repair issues with PLCs, AC/DC motors, drives, and other industrial control systems.
• Interpret and work from schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to record repairs and schedule maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Required: Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications
