This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in Predictive Maintenance, Ladder Logic, Electrical Troubleshooting, VFD, and AC/DC to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical systems to ensure the reliability and efficient operation of machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the maintenance and repair of all electrical systems within the manufacturing facility.
• Utilizing predictive maintenance techniques to identify and prevent potential equipment failures.
• Troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical issues, including VFDs and AC/DC drive systems.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining Ladder Logic for PLCs to optimize equipment performance.
• Leading and mentoring a team of maintenance electricians, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
• Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and equipment reliability.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
• Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in Predictive Maintenance, Ladder Logic, Electrical Troubleshooting, VFD, and AC/DC.
• A solid understanding of electrical systems, including PLCs, motor controls, sensors, and drives.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Formal training or certification in electrical maintenance or a related field is preferred.
