Position Summary:

We're seeking licensed electricians who own their own business or operate as independent contractors to assist with solar power installations. This is a flexible, contract-based opportunity ideal for professionals who want to supplement their income or partner with a forward-thinking solar company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation and wiring of solar panel systems and inverters
• Perform electrical work in accordance with local and NEC codes
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation or electrical issues
• Coordinate with our solar team for seamless system integration
• Submit documentation and reports as required per project

Requirements:

• Valid electrician license (Journeyman or Master, depending on region)
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• General Liability and Workers Comp insurance (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with solar electrical systems (Fronius, SMA, Sol-Ark, Outback, and/or Enphase experience is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with battery storage and backup systems
• Familiarity with permitting and inspection processes
• Availability for quick-turnaround jobs
