Trillium Staffing is seeking a skilled Electrician / Panel Builder to join a growing team in Lapeer!

As an Electrician/Panel Builder, you’ll play a key role in assembling control panels and field wiring for custom-built equipment. If you’re detail-oriented, take pride in clean, accurate wiring, and want to contribute to exciting industrial projects, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
-Interpret and layout panels based on provided prints and schematics
-Wire control panels and electrical systems to meet customer specifications
-Drill and cut openings for hardware and wiring
-Build panels with attention to quality, cleanliness, and accuracy
-Install and secure wire/cable trays per engineering plans
-Route and label cables and wires in a clean, organized manner
-Mount electrical hardware and components
-Maintain high standards for neatness, bundling, and overall panel presentation
-Collaborate with team members to ensure on-time, successful project delivery
-Follow project guidelines and safety protocols
-Provide startup support at customer locations when needed

Schedule is 1st shift. Pay is$26–$30 per hour, based on experience. Work starts ASAP!
