Job summary

Superior Industries is seeking an Electrical Panel Builder to join our Morris, MN team. You will work with plans, layouts, schematics, and bills of materials to assemble and wire control panels in sheet metal enclosures, testing for quality and addressing issues as they arise.

The role requires at least 1 year of panel-building experience and a technical diploma in electrical/electronics/robotics automation, with the ability to read prints and schematics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of panel-building experience.
• Technical diploma in electrical, electronics, or robotics automation.
• Ability to read schematics and wire panels from prints.
• Strong knowledge of UL techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with plans, including layouts, schematics, and bills of materials
• Perform layout, drilling, punching, tapping, and mounting of components in sheet metal enclosures
• Wire and test control panels, troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and productivity goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with plans, including layouts, schematics, and bills of materials
• Perform layout, drilling, punching, tapping, and mounting of components in sheet metal enclosures
• Wire and test control panels, troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and productivity goals
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $20 - $24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• 5:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 11:00am Friday
